INGREDIENTS

1 package of Noble Bean tempeh 240g (sliced into approx. 10-12 thin strips 1/4 inch thick)

1/4 cup maple syrup

3 tbsp tamari or soy sauce

1/4 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup water
-
pinch of salt
-
pinch of clove powder
-
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1 hour
2 servings
INSTRUCTIONS

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients, add tempeh.

Let marinate for 1 hour.

Preheat skillet. Add cooking oil.

Add tempeh to skillet and cook until golden brown.
