INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the tempeh into desired shape (e.g., strips or cubes).

In a bowl, combine the cooking oil of your choice, chipotle powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add lime juice.

Toss the sliced tempeh in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
