Gingered tempeh

Excellent party food, simple and quick to make.


Steam for 10 minutes: 4 oz tempeh (half a Noble Bean 240 pack)

Mix in a small bowl:

2 Tbsp.  ketchup

1 Tbsp. tamari

1 tsp. honey

1tsp. dark sesame oil

1" ginger root grated

1/4 tsp. garlic powder


Cube tempeh into small peices. Mix gently. Serve hot or cold
